I ordered a custom figurine of a guitarist in a larger size, so it took a little extra time for the team to complete. However, the wait was absolutely worth it. The final result was excellent! The jersey number, details, and overall design were all perfectly recreated. Amazing craftsmanship and highly recommended!

The figure arrived today. It was really fast. It was very well packaged, and most importantly: it turned out beautifully! Only the eyes aren't quite perfect. But that's to be expected with such a small piece. In any case, I'm thrilled and can highly recommend it.

I made a mistake when I first placed my order - I missed the prompt to add the picture. I reached out to the company, and they got back to me right away, with excellent communication. They helped me with my questions and even followed up to make sure I had received the figure and to see how I liked it. I was very impressed with all of this. About the figure - I was very pleased with that also. I would definitely order from this company again.

Excellent job done!
I was a little sceptical at first, but now I'm convinced. The company is very professional, even in their correspondence, and they answered all my questions.
Seeing this figurine made me very emotional. It was a moment with my wife that I needed to capture in a way other than a simple photo. My wife is no longer with us. And looking at that figurine, I relive that happy moment we shared with her!

The product looks quite realistic and you can tell they paid attention to detail in preparing to mold the figurine. The customer service was excellent as well, an individual from the company stayed in touch with me during the process and we went back-and-forth with photos about how the product was going to come out. Customer care was excellent. Service was excellent. It was a pleasure doing business with this company.

They made it just the way I wanted it. It looked just like picture (even better because the picture was only the face, they made full body). The person I gifted it too was also very impressed very emotional. I received it in a timely manner. I recommend 100%
