Return & Exchange Process

1.     Contact Customer Support

Reach out to our customer service team with your order details and return request.

2.     Receive Approval

You'll receive an email confirmation once your return request is approved.

3.     Ship the Item

Carefully package your figurine and send it back. You are responsible for downloading, printing, and attaching the return label.

4.     Receive Refund or Replacement

Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll get your refund or exchange item. Refund processing time is up to 90 days.

        Wrong item shipped, damaged figurine received, or quality issues

        Incorrect sizing or proportions

Non-Returnable Items

        Returns requested after the 90-day period

        Issues with personalized content that don't affect product quality

        Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care

        Figurines that have been worn, washed, or significantly handled

        Change of mind or personal preference reasons

Return Guidelines

        Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging

        Custom figurines require a 30% customization fee for cancellations or changes

        Use original packaging and ensure it's undamaged

        Contact us immediately for any issues to minimize production costs
