   Your personalized order enters production. This process typically takes 3-7 business days. Please note that during holidays, promotional periods, or peak seasons, production times may be extended.

2. Package Dispatch

   Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

3. Transit & Tracking

   You can monitor your shipment using the tracking information provided. Estimated delivery times include transit time after dispatch and are not guaranteed.

4. Delivery & Customs

   The package arrives at your destination country. International orders may pass through local customs procedures before final delivery.
