Return & Exchange Process

1. Contact Customer Support
 Reach out to our customer service team with your order details and return request.

2. Receive Approval
 You'll receive an email confirmation once your return request is approved.

3. Ship the Item
 Carefully package your figurine and send it back using the provided return label.

4. Receive Refund or Replacement
 Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll get your refund or exchange item.

 

Full Coverage Return/Exchange

We cover return shipping and replacement costs for the following situations:

  • Customization details don't match your specifications or contain errors
  • Wrong item shipped, damaged figurine received, or quality issues
  • Incorrect sizing or proportions

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following situations are not covered by our return policy:

  • Returns requested after the 90-day period
  • Issues with personalized content that don't affect product quality
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
  • Figurines that have been worn, washed, or significantly handled
  • Change of mind or personal preference reasons

Return Guidelines

  • Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging
  • Custom figurines require a 30% customization fee for cancellations or changes
  • Use original packaging and ensure it's undamaged
  • Contact us immediately for any issues to minimize production costs
